Minor Girl Allegedly G*ng-Rap*d at Delhi’s Astha Kunj Park by Men Posing as Policemen; Friend Assaulted

A 17-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by three men at Astha Kunj Park near Kalkaji Mandir in southeast Delhi after the accused reportedly posed as policemen and took the teenager and her male friend to a secluded area, police said. The incident allegedly took place on Monday night, September 21, 2026.

According to the information available in the case, the three men allegedly approached the minor girl and her male friend while pretending to be police personnel. The accused then reportedly took the two to an isolated location inside the park, where the girl was allegedly sexually assaulted.

The girl’s male friend was also allegedly assaulted during the incident. The circumstances surrounding the assault and the sequence of events are being investigated by the Delhi Police.

Police Launch Search for Accused

The case was registered on September 22, following which the Delhi Police formed several teams to identify and trace the accused persons. Investigators are examining the circumstances in which the three men allegedly impersonated policemen and gained access to the victims.
